This refresher course updates food handlers on essential food safety knowledge and practical skills required for preparing food for sale in SFA-licensed food establishments. It reinforces key food hygiene practices to ensure compliance with Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 requirements and supports food handlers in maintaining safe and clean food handling standards at work.

Day 1: 8:30 am to 4.30 pm (+1.5hrs assessment)
Full Course Fee: $87.20
After SSG Funding (Singaporeans and PRs ≥ 21 years old): $47.20
After SSG Funding (Singaporeans ≥ 40 years old): $31.20
