With a focus on career progression, this training covers supervisory responsibilities, including conducting induction sessions, managing operations, and facilitating compliance with industry regulations. Upon completion, participants will be fully prepared to step into the role of Security Supervisor, ready to lead teams and protect client interests with professionalism and competence.

Progressive wages set at each level. This ensures that workers are paid wages that correspond to their skills and productivity.

The PWM requirements are mandatory. They cover all Singapore citizens and permanent residents who are employed as security officers in licensed security agencies, or by in-house employers that hire foreign workers.
