Designed for low-wage workers in the Cleaning Sector, this course trains new and existing cleaners in basic customer management and service practices. Participants will learn how to maintain proper personal hygiene and grooming, interact professionally with customers, and apply good service delivery standards in daily cleaning operations.

Service Recovery & Workplace Standards

Minimum age: 18 years old or above
